Teeth affected by greyish-yellow coloration due to the fact that the dental tissue has been impregnated by tetracycline during tooth formation.
Administrated during childhood, as teeth are being formed, the tetracycline produces their strong yellow coloration. In this case, the coloration was resistant to whitening by means of carbamide peroxide. The patient is unhappy with the aesthetic aspect of the teeth.
